In November 2012, music retailer J W Pepper and music publisher Manhattan Beach Music offered “Joy Revisited” by composer Frank Ticheli to bands. In exchange, the band agreed to perform benefit concerts to help victims of hurricane Sandy.
The band has donated the proceeds of our community band festival to the charities organized by “Restore the Shore”, benefiting New Jersey communities.
