Our Mission Statement

To promote a love of music, especially band music.

To provide continuing music education and growth for band musicians.

To contribute positively to the musical environment in the Pioneer Valley through public performances.

Performances

All of our performances are given without admission fee.  The most we ask is a non-perishable food donation which the band transports to the closest charitable food pantry.

We give concerts at local schools, assisted care facilities, and community events.  Community events include a city sidewalk sale, a school fundraiser, and a civic organization barbecue.

Grants and Scholarships

The band occasionally contributes to non-profit organizations with missions aligned with our own.

FCB gives Scholarships to deserving high school students who have demonstrated both a continuing musical endeavor and community service.
