Thanks for joining us at our April spring concert! We enjoyed playing for you and hope you come join us for our next performances.

We will kick off the Florence Summer Concert Series at the Florence Civic Center on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 6:30pm. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks. Come and visit with friends, sing along and dance as we play. We are working on the line up now.

Community Band Festival, 3pm Saturday June 17, 2023 at Mount Holyoke College Amphitheater in South Hadley, MA.  

We will also play for the Family Fourth at Look Park on Saturday, June 24. We play at dusk leading into the start of the fireworks.

We look forward to seeing you. If you are interested in playing with us, we rehearse every Wednesday evening from 7 to 9pm at Northampton High School.

Florence Community Band will start rehearsals on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 to prepare for our spring concert which will be held in April. Rehearsals are at Northampton High School, 7:00 to 9:00pm every Wednesday unless otherwise noted.

New and interested members are encouraged to join!

We will soon be returning from a summer break in rehearsals and performances. We hope you can join us either as a musician or audience member for the following events.

Weekly rehearsals will resume on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 7:00pm. Rehearsals are at Northampton High School, 380 Elm Street, Northampton. We will follow school protocols regarding masking and other COVID-19 related guidance. At this time, no masks are required, yet are welcomed. If you feel ill in anyway, please stay home and join us when you feel better. If you are an interested musician, but have never played with us, feel free to come to rehearsal or contact Priscilla, our conductor via email with any questions.
